Musicianship

Maxwell is a graduate of the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance’s Mixing & Sound Engineering Summer School, acting as a mixing, mastering and recording engineer, as well as background vocalist and producer of a track yet to be released under the band North Church Spaces.Working with Warren Records, Maxwell previously successfully launched his own artist project, Dacre, focusing singer-songwriter contemporary folk-jazz-blues, forming honest, spiritual musings on love and connection to the earth.Performances as Dacre include those at Polar Bear Music Club, Wrecking Ball Music & Books and Ella St. Festival.Maxwell is a long-term member of Hull University Music Society (HUMS) Ensembles. After spending two years ensembles such as Funk & Soul and Pop, Maxwell is now the Ensemble Lead for Pop Ensemble 2026/2027.
